Most agencies hide the price until you hand over your phone number. Here it is up front, so you know whether we are a fit before either of us wastes time.
These are the real starting points. The final price depends on the number of pages and whether you need a logo or copy, and you get it in writing before we start — it does not change halfway through.

Businesses with several services to explain
Selling products and charging by card
Payment: 50% to start and 50% on delivery. I accept Zelle, bank transfer, PayPal and CashApp. For larger projects it can be split into more installments — just ask.
Some shops sell you basic SEO, the security certificate or the mobile version as add-ons. To me they are part of delivering a finished website, so they are in the price.
Optional. Once the site is built you decide whether I keep it updated and monitored, or whether you take it from there.
Projects start at $650 USD as a one-time payment, and the final price depends on scope: a one-section landing page is not the same as a multi-page corporate site or an online store. That price covers design, development and launch. After that, you choose whether you want a monthly maintenance plan (from $120/month) or prefer to manage it yourself.
A landing page usually takes 1 to 2 weeks. A full corporate website, 2 to 4 weeks. An online store, 4 to 6 weeks. The real timeline depends on one thing: how quickly you send me your text, photos and feedback on revisions. Clients who reply fast get their site early.
You do, always. The domain is registered in your name and the site is yours from day one. If you ever decide to leave or manage it yourself, I hand everything over and there is no penalty. I do not do rental websites that you lose when you stop paying.
Because you talk directly to the person doing the work. There is no salesperson promising one thing and a separate team delivering another, and no management fees stacked on top of the price. I will be straight about the trade-off: a large agency can handle more projects at once than I can. If you need ten websites this month, I am not your best option. If you want one website done well by someone who answers the phone, I am.
I work with revisions included and show you progress throughout, not just the final result. That means we correct course while changes are still cheap, instead of discovering at the end that it was not what you wanted. In practice there are rarely surprises, because I never reach the end without you having seen it first.
