Payments, cancellations and refunds.

01 Building your website (one-time payment)

The price is set in writing before we start and doesn't change halfway through. You pay in two parts: 50% to start and 50% on delivery, before the site goes live.

• If you cancel before I start (before you get the first draft), I refund your deposit in full.
• If you cancel once the project is underway, the deposit isn't refunded: it covers the work already done. I won't charge the other 50%, and I'll hand over whatever is finished.
• If I'm more than two weeks late on the agreed date for reasons on my side, you can cancel and I'll refund the full deposit. If the delay comes from something missing on your side (photos, answers or access), the date moves with it.
• If the delivered site doesn't match what we agreed in writing, I fix it at no cost. The included revision rounds (2 for a landing page, 3 for a business website or online store) are for adjustments; anything outside what we agreed is quoted separately and only happens if you approve it.
• Once the site is delivered and paid for, the one-time payment isn't refundable: the work is done and the website is yours.

02 Monthly plans

No commitment: cancel anytime with 30 days' notice.

• If you let me know at least 30 days before the next charge, that charge won't happen. With less notice, one last month is charged and the plan ends there.
• What's already paid isn't refunded, but the service keeps running until the end of the paid period.

03 Yearly plans (15% off)

• Within the first 30 days, if you cancel I refund the full payment.
• After that, I refund the full months you haven't used. The months used count at the regular monthly price, because the 15% is the discount for staying the whole year.

Example: the Basic plan paid yearly is $398. If you cancel after 3 months, those months count at $39 each ($117) and I refund $281.

04 Add-ons

Logo, brand guidelines, bilingual version… They follow the same rules as point 1, whether they come with the website or on their own.

05 Launch pricing

Same rules as any project. A Google review is always optional: it doesn't change the price or any of these terms.

06 If you leave

The website and the domain are yours. I hand over the site files and help you move the domain to your own account, at no cost and with no penalty.

07 How to cancel

By WhatsApp or email, and I'll confirm it in writing. Refunds go back through the same method you paid with (Zelle, bank transfer, PayPal or Cash App) within 7 business days.
